For those students wishing to apply for a fundraiser event approval please complete the "Fund Raising Request by Campus Student Organizations Form" obtained on-line or at the Dean of Students Office in 3500 WSC.

Note: Digital signatures are unavailable for this form. Please complete all the fields you can then print it out and collect the necessary signatures on the form as needed before turning it in.
