Request for Off Campus Speaker Approval

All requests for off campus speakers who will be speaking to the whole BYU student body must be approved by the Dean of Students.  To apply for speaker approval, please complete the "Request for Approval of Campus Speaker" form available online or in 3500 WSC.

1.    Complete the "Request for Approval Of Off-Campus Speaker" form,

2.    Print it,

3.    Obtain the necessary signatures,

4.    Submit it to 3500 WSC at least three weeks before the event

5.  Please do not make an invitation to speakers until approval has been received.

 

Note: Digital signatures are unavailable for this form. Please complete all the fields you can then print it out and collect the necessary signatures on the form as needed before turning it in.
