Photo Contest Submission Form
Submissions will be accepted between September 29th, 2025 at 8:00am and December 5th, 2025 at 11:59pm.
The contest is for current BYU students only. Students are allowed to submit up to one photo per category, so they may submit five photos total.
Please do not submit any photos more than once. If you are submitting photos to more than one category, please fill out a separate submission form for every photo.

Before submitting your photos, review the judging criteria, submission rules, and category descriptions for the Dean of Students Photo Contest.
Before completing this form, please read the following:
- Submit your photos as JPG files
- Upload your images with the following name: YourName_Category.jpg
- Select the category for your image (based on the category descriptions)
- Add a description (MAX 50 words) for your image; if selected as a winner, this description will be placed with your photo on the walls of the WSC
- Students may submit up to one photo per category
- Please fill out a separate submission form for every photo
- Please click the submit button ONLY ONCE, it may take a moment for the form to be submitted
An email will be sent to the submitter verifying your submission, and a link to a short survey about the contest will be provided as well. We advise everyone to use a desktop or computer to fill out this form.
