Posthumous Degrees
The Dean of Students Office can connect family members, legal guardians, or conservators with the university officials responsible for evaluating the possibility of awarding of a posthumous degree. Posthumous degrees are awarded based on multiple criteria, and may be considered when the student was currently enrolled, in good standing, and close to graduation.
When awarded, posthumous degrees are given to a family member, legal guardian, or conservator.
